Fulton Place neighborhood is a rare blend of untapped potential and lifestyle appeal. Despite its excellent access to Capilano Mall, river valley trails, and major transit routes, the area remains under-supplied with modern, purpose-built rentals. Aging single-family homes on oversized lots present a clear opportunity for infill that meets today’s housing demand. With no recent multifamily developments in the immediate area, we saw a chance to create much-needed rental housing in a community where demand is high and long-term rentability is strong.
